Mr. Stanley Au Chung-kit
Being a financial veteran for over half a century, Mr. Stanley Au is the Chairman of Delta Asia Financial Group, and the Founder and Chairman of The Small and Medium Enterprises Association of Macao and Delta Asia SME Training Institute. In 1982, Mr. Au established Delta Asia Financial Group by merging the family-owned business, Banco Delta Asia in Macao with his own Group, Delta Asia Securities Limited in Hong Kong. Such move lays a solid foundation of the Group in the two cities. Mr. Au is passionate in cultivating a caring society and eager to contribute to social and economic development. He has held various public positions, including Chairman of the International Small Business Congress (“ISBC”), Member of The National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of the Chinese Central Government and Director of Hospital Kiang Wu Charity Association in Macao. Mr. Au has been recognized by “Financial Times” in London and “Das Kapita” in Germany as one of Hong Kong’s most successful financiers.
Prof. Edward Chen Kwan-yiu
As the former President of Lingnan University in Hong Kong, Prof. Chen graduated from the University of Hong Kong and the University of Oxford. He was also a former Professor and Director at the Centre of Asian Studies of the University of Hong Kong, the Chairman of the Consumer Council of Hong Kong, an appointed member of the Executive Council and the Legislative Council of Hong Kong respectively. Prof. Chen is now the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the HKU School of Professional and Continual Education and an independent Non-executive Director in Wharf (Holdings) Ltd. and First Pacific Company Limited. In addition, he is also a Director of Hong Kong Institute for Monetary Research, a Distinguished Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences and an Honorary Professor at the Open University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Edward Leung Hoi-kwok
Mr. Leung was the former Chief Economist of Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and he had also been the Senior Economist of Export, Finance & Insurance Corporation in Australia. Mr. Leung graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Economics and was awarded the B. S. Sc. Degree with First Class Honour and then M. Phil. Degree. He was also admitted as a Barrister-at-Law in England, Hong Kong and Australia. He is currently a member of the Transport Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong SAR Government.
Mr. Lau Kai-hing
Mr. Lau is a certified public accountant and management consultant. He worked at a senior position with Delta Asia for over 5 years. With a Master degree in Information Systems, Mr. Lau is currently a fellow member of the following institutions: the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada, the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, and a member of the British Computer Society.
Mr. David Chan Ying-wai
Mr. Chan is a solicitor and a chartered engineer. He holds a Master degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA and a Juris Doctor degree. Prior to joining us as a Non-executive Director, Mr. Chan, with his abundant experience in business development in various multi-national corporations, has worked in the US, Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Mainland China, Hong Kong and etc.
Mr. Carol Ip Kim-kuen
Mr. Ip is an expert in specialty family trust and wealth management. He is the Chief Executive officer & Senior Consultant of GRTalent Consultancy. Besides, he is a Consultant of Faith & Global Engagement in the University of Hong Kong and Vice Chairman of Delta Asia Youth Intrinsic Development Association. Mr. Ip graduated from the Faculty of Arts (Philosophy and Sociology) at the University of Hong Kong and the Faculty of Laws at University College London (UCL). He was awarded Higher Diploma in Management Consultancy from Poon Kam Kai Institute of the University of Hong Kong, Diploma from Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) in US and Master of Divinity from Singapore Bible College.
Ms. Catherine Wong Kwok-yan
Ms. Wong has a solid background in corporate branding and positioning. She was previously the Hong Kong office head of a global US consultancy, advising a number of leading financial institutions on how to better manage corporate reputations for tangible results, and to enhance internal communication for corporate culture building. She is an Accredited Certified Coach of the International Coach Federation and owned her HR consulting practice.
Mr. Francis Tsui King-chung
Mr. Tsui has extensive experiences in financial advisory services, family office and wealth management, as well as direct investment and business development consultancy. He holds multiple higher degrees from the Hong Kong University, University of Hawaii and Luther Seminary in history, business administration as well as leadership studies. Since 2000, Mr. Tsui has founded and served as the President and Director of DMC Investment Co. Ltd., a private investment company in Hong Kong. His also has wide experiences as INED with listed companies listed on the American Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Exchange for over a decade. Mr. Tsui is also one of the Founding Members of the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executive Association. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board of AsiaCMS Berhad headquartered at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and as a Board Director to Asian Access based in California, U.S.
Mr. Wang Xianzhang
Mr. Wang is the former Chairman of China Life Insurance Company Ltd. As a senior economist, Mr. Wang is currently the Honorary Dean of the School of Insurance at the Central University of Finance and Economics. He was also the former Chairman of the Insurance Association of China and the Vice Chairman of the Insurance Institute of China, and was selected as the Chinese Businessman of the year 2002 by Fortune Magazine. Besides, Mr. Wang was also known as the Man of the Year for the First China Capital Market 2003, the Award winner of the Mondale Prize for Accomplishments 2004, and the CCTV’s Man of the Year in the Chinese Economy 2004.
Ms. Au Lai-chong
Ms. Au is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Delta Asia Financial Group.Lai-Chong is responsible for leading the development and execution of Delta Asia Financial Group’ s long-term strategy as well as all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company’s long- and short-term plans. She also acts as a direct liaison between the Board, other senior management as well as employees, all stakeholders of the company.
Prior to rejoining Delta Asia, Lai-Chong was the Senior Marketing and Client Services Manager of Hamon Investment Group, an asset management firm. She developed the asset management business as well as responsible for expanding the asset size and client base of the firm. Over the last few years, Lai-Chong helped to broadening the firm’s institutional relationships globally. Lai-Chong began her career as Commercial banking officer with Delta Asia Credit Limited in 1998, and later responsible to develop the wealth management business of the group.
Lai-Chong actively involves in community work in Hong Kong. She currently is the convener of the Wanchai Commons as well as a member of Hong Kong Philharmonic Fundraising Committee and a member of Golden Age Foundation. She is also a regular columnist at AM730.
Lai-Chong was graduated from King’s College London, UK in BSc Clinical Sciences.
Mrs. Becky Ma Fan Chun-lan
Mrs. Ma currently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Banco Delta Asia. She has more than 30 years’ experience in banking and financial sector. She had held the positions of Head of Regional Sales, Direct Banking, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong), Regional Head, Sales and Service, North and East Region (China), and in parallel as General Manager, Branch Sales and Service of Standard Chartered Bank (China).
Ms. Margaret Cheung Yuen-mai
Ms. Cheung is the Chief Financial Officer of the Delta Asia Financial Group. Being a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants with a master’s degree in Business Administration, Ms. Cheung has more than 20 years’ experience working in the banking and financial sector. She set up an Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team at Hang Seng Bank, and was responsible for performing financial planning & analysis and ALM for Asia Pacific Region at the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). She also worked in finance and strategy planning functions at China Light & Power and investment banks including JP Morgan, BNP and National Westminster Bank.
