(Senior) Relationship Manager - Commercial Lending

Responsibilities
• To solicit new business opportunities and to build a portfolio of customers by provision of financial services especially secured lending and cross-selling of other financial products; 
• To achieve individual assets/ liabilities and revenue targets through acquiring new accounts; 
• To prepare credit proposals and conduct regular reviews to monitor the credit-worthiness of clients; 
• To handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements
• Degree holder preferred 
• 5+ years of solid experience in secured lending / trade finance with extensive business networks 
• Proven sales track records; passion for selling and keen to see results 
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels 
• Pass the HKSI Licensing Examination and IIQE and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance would be an advantage 
• Formal training of commercial lending is an advantage

Institutional Sales (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Develop and expand the group’s asset management business and assets-under-management
• Develop and implement the business plan and strategies to expend the institutional client base, especially fund houses and other institutional investors
• Provide professional investment advice to institutional investors to facilitate business growth
• Possess solid institutional client network, including Fund House, Private Equity, Family Office etc.  and maintain excellent business relationship in achieving business target
• Lead the marketing activities for institutional clients, such as research roadshows, and investment forums, etc.
• Ensure all selling processes and activities are in compliance with the Company policies and all regulatory guidelines

Requirements
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Account or related discipline

Responsibilities
• Understand the business needs of the line departments and provide application support to end users

• Liaise with vendors in the course of the acquisition and testing of new systems

Requirements
• Degree holder in computer science or related disciplines
• 8 years of experience, preferably in the banking or finance industry
• Solid experience in well-known technology in banking and finance industry:-
      - Programming with JAVA, C#, .NET, Python, PHP, Visual FoxPro
      - MVC in web development, J2EE, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, SOAP and REST web services
      - Relational database design and programming: MySQL, MSSQL, IBM DB2, ORACLE
      - JBoss, Apache, Tomcat
      - Linux/UNIX, Windows platform

Responsibilities
• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of monthly financial reports
• Prepare consolidation accounts and audited accounts for the Group
• Prepare monthly statutory, regulatory reports and cost allocation
• Assist in development of management reports
• Participate in system development project, e.g. GL Migration
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required


Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Member of HKICPA or ACCA preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ accounting experiences in securities brokerage industry
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Microsoft Excel (SQL/VBA)
• Detailed-minded, sensitive to numbers with high level of accuracy
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills

Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities
• Act as HR Generalist to provide all-rounded HR support, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, staff engagement and ad hoc projects 
• Support and handle recruitment and on-boarding process, including CV screening, recruitment logistics preparation, interview arrangement and conduction, orientation coordination etc. 
• Execute and coordinate recruitment activities such as campus recruitment, job fairs and virtual recruitment seminars 
• Perform payroll and benefits activities inclusive of payroll processing, leave & medical benefits administration, tax filing etc. 
• Coordinate and support staff development and engagement initiatives, e.g. training workshops & seminars, cultural change program, staff briefing and annual dinner, etc. 
• Provide administrative support including regular HR reports and database maintenance, update and analysis

Requirements

Responsibilities
• Acquire and build good relationship with existing and new target customers 
• Provide a wide spectrum of financial advice and solutions to customers and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities:-
