Legal & Compliance Director (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of the Group compliance programs to assess and monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of regulatory compliance controls
• Oversee the Group Legal & Compliance function in relations to Group business, including banking, securities brokerage and insurance broker
• Develop, enhance and validate enterprise-wide risk management framework, policies and guidelines
• Conduct and articulate risk controls measurement and evaluation report with correction action plan for senior management review
• Provide legal advisory and compliance support to business units regarding the policies and procedures, operational manuals, financial products and business propositions
• Draft and review legal contracts and agreements to cope with daily operations
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders / regulatory bodies on legal and compliance issues
• Deliver regulatory related training and maintain a sound control culture within the Group
• Keep abreast of updated regulatory rules and legal requirements in relation to various business units
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements
• Degree holder in legal or related disciplines
• 10+ years of solid legal & compliance experiences, preferred in banking and securities industry with risk management exposure
• Solid legal background with good knowledge on financial products and services
• Ability to work in a multi-faceted environment and sensitive to divisional business issues
• Self-motivated with strong presentation, people management and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills in fluent English and Chinese
• Frequent travel to Macau is required
Senior Training Manager (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Work with senior stakeholders to identify training needs, design and deliver different training solutions in support of business objectives
• Design and execute various learning solutions e.g. e-learning, classroom training, coaching etc. to foster learning culture within the company
• Develop, organize and implement a systematic training programs for new sales and existing sales team in Hong Kong and Macau
• Design and deliver talent development programs, succession planning, and other organization corporate culture initiatives
• Strengthen communication channels to foster a positive and agile working environment and drive employee engagement

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in training and development, familiar with full spectrum of training process & delivery of training
• With exposure in financial industry would be an advantage
• Resourceful, strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills and result-orientated
• A good team player and able to communicate at all levels
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities
• Report to the Head of Internal Audit, conduct risk-based audits for the Group
• Prepare risk-focused audit plan and develop audit programs for evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system
• Lead and coach audit team and improve the quality and efficiency of deliverables
• Perform independent assessment on adequacy of internal control and compliance control system and identify the control weaknesses for improvement
• Prepare audit reports and provide valued-added recommendations to strengthen the control environment
• Review and comment on policies, procedures and operation manuals
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and investigations as required


Requirements
• Degree holder accounting, finance or related discipline
• Professional qualification of CPA, CIA or equivalent, holder of CISA is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of audit experience, with proven track record and hands-on experience in financial institutions
• Good knowledge of accounting and audit standards / requirements / regulations and operational procedures of financial services industry
• Able to drive execution independently with strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Develop and expand the group’s asset management business and assets-under-management

• Provide professional investment advice to institutional investors to facilitate business growth
• Possess solid institutional client network, including Fund House, Private Equity, Family Office etc.  and maintain excellent business relationship in achieving business target
• Lead the marketing activities for institutional clients, such as research roadshows, and investment forums, etc.

Requirements
