Head of Investment & Financial Services (只供英文版)

Responsibilities
• Drive and implement business initiatives to facilitate business growth
• Explore new and potential market to grow the investment business and achieve profit growth
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual & team sales target and deliver exceptional quality services to exceed expectations
• Recruit high caliber talents to strengthen the sales force and build a positive team culture
• To ensure the team comply with established policy and regulations
• Develop and strengthen the business relationship with related external parties
• Provide tailor-made coaching and training to uplift the competency and quality of team member to ensure consistent delivery of excellent results
• Keep abreast of market practice and regulatory requirements to maintain sound control environment


Requirements
• University graduate, preferably in a business or finance related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of sales team management / supervisory experience in financial institutions
• CFA/ CFP qualification preferred
• Expert knowledge in wealth products, both in investment and insurance
• Pass the HKSI Licensing Examination and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
• Proven track record in achieving business results with strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proactive with excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Head of International Property (只供英文版)

Responsibilities
• Drive and implement business initiatives to facilitate business growth
• Lead and manage the team to explore new and potential market and achieve sales target
• Develop a strong and constructive strategic partnership / network with distributors and other external parties
• Initiate sales & marketing campaigns to generate business leads
• Formulate client acquisition tactics to expand client base
• Assist in preparation of budget & forecast and conduct market studies; analysis on international property industry
• Lead and coach subordinates to maximize their performance and unleash their full potential
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements
• University graduate
• Minimum 5 years of sales team management / supervisory experience in international property
• Proven track record in achieving business results with strong leadership and coaching skills
• Proactive with excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Flexible and the willing to travel

Relationship Manager (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Acquire and build good relationship with existing and new target customers
• Provide a wide spectrum of financial advices and solutions to customers and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities:-
    • Insurance Protection
    • Securities Investment
    • Wealth Management
    • Commercial Lending
• Engage in end-to-end financial service which includes customer needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfillment and after-sales services
• Participate in promotion programs to acquire new clients and improve clients engagement
• Ensure all selling processes and activities are in compliance with the Company policies and all regulatory guidelines

Requirements
• High Diploma or Degree holder in business administration, economics, finance or related discipline preferred
• IANG candidate are welcome
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with proven track record
• Pass IIQE (Paper 1,2,3,4,5) and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out insurance sales activities as defined by Insurance Authority (IA); or
• Pass HKSI Licensing Examination and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under Securities and Futures Commission (SFC)
• Good market sense and strong knowledge on insurance or investment products
• Energetic and outgoing with enthusiasm in achieving goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager

職責
• 開拓本地、國內、海外目標客戶群
• 與客戶建立良好關係,開拓客戶群組
• 為客戶提供專業的理財策劃(包括保險、儲蓄、投資及退休計劃)及投資建議 


任職條件
• 中五或以上程度
• 具銷售經驗及固定客戶群者優先
• 主動積極,良好溝通技巧
• 歡迎有志投身金融服務、保險行業者,無相關經驗亦會考慮
