Group Treasurer (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Plan and implement strategies to ensure day-to-day liquidity management of the funding books within predetermined guidelines, which includes establishing alternative funding sources for the Group
• Establish, monitor and control all trading activities in foreign exchange (spot/forward), money market (interest rate/derivatives) instruments with the objective of producing the optimum combination of profit to the Group and service to the customer
• Oversee Type 2 & 3 daily operations and ensure SFC regulated activities are in compliance with related regulations and rules
• Develop and manage the marketing of commercial foreign exchange, deposits and innovative financial derivatives to ensure a growth in customer base and market share
• Manage the treasury budget for income versus expense management against the plan
• Set and review goals and objectives of all treasury/risk management departments
• Advise the management on the Group’s asset/liability position in both local and foreign currencies
• Ensure the treasury management policies and strategies are in compliance with local regulatory requirements and Group policies in risk limits and audit requirements
• Identify market trends and stay current with industry changes
• Develop and maintain good relationships with the most important customers, government regulatory officials and other market contacts
• Participate in Group-wide global marketing and business development strategy setting by inputting requirements and objectives of the Treasury Department

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in active treasury dealing and management and of its related market risk management
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and cross-border related regulations and all aspects of treasury risk management
• Sound knowledge of SFO regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities with strong compliance sense
• Ability to work cross-functionally with senior finance, risk and business professional
• Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills with excellent command of written & spoken English & Chinese

Legal & Compliance Director (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of the Group compliance programs to assess and monitor the adequacy and effectiveness of regulatory compliance controls
• Oversee the Group Legal & Compliance function in relations to Group business, including banking, securities brokerage and insurance broker
• Develop, enhance and validate enterprise-wide risk management framework, policies and guidelines
• Conduct and articulate risk controls measurement and evaluation report with correction action plan for senior management review
• Provide legal advisory and compliance support to business units regarding the policies and procedures, operational manuals, financial products and business propositions
• Draft and review legal contracts and agreements to cope with daily operations
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders / regulatory bodies on legal and compliance issues
• Deliver regulatory related training and maintain a sound control culture within the Group

Requirements

Legal & Compliance Manager (只供英文版)
Responsibilities
• Ensure the business operations being strictly in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in formulating control procedures and compliance programs to cope with ongoing changes in laws, regulations and business needs regarding the regulated activities
• Liaise with regulators e.g. SFC, IA, HKFI, HKEx, Customs and Excise, etc. on handling licensing matter
• Assist in company secretarial duties for the Group companies
• Draft and update the compliance policies and procedures manuals
• Review and comment on operational manuals, agreements, marketing materials etc. for the business units from compliance perspective
• Review the reports for AML and CFT purposes and take appropriate follow-up actions
• Liaise with business units to establish and maintain sound internal controls to mitigate compliance risks

Requirements
• Degree holder in Law, Business, Finance or related disciplines
• 7 years or above relevant experience in securities firm, preferably with Company Secretarial exposure
• Well versed with Company Ordinances, Securities and Futures Ordinances and other statutory and regulatory requirements on KYC, AML and good knowledge in financial products and commercial practices in SFC regulated activities, insurance broker & money lenders business

Responsibilities
• Work with senior stakeholders to identify training needs, design and deliver different training solutions in support of business objectives
